Driver in shooting of Detective Diller pleads not guilty

Lindy Jones one of the two suspects charged in the fatal shooting of NYPD Detective Jonathan Diller pleaded not guilty to weapon charges yesterday.

Jones who was the driver of the car that accused shooter Guy Rivera was in had a loaded gun in the glove compartment at the time of Diller’s death last month.

Jones could spend 15 years in prison for the gun charge.
