Former Congressman George Santos’ car was broken into in Queens, according to reports.
Santos posted a video of the incident on X on Wednesday. In the video, he shows what appeared to be a smashed rear seat window of his SUV and goes on to talk about how NYC Major Eric Adams was to blame.
The alleged break-in occurred in Flushing, He mentioned that the stolen items included a “basket of chocolates” and a book bag containing personal belongings.
Santos reported the incident to 911, and NYPD officers arrived to document the incident.
