On Tuesday, a group of Starbucks union workers march on the Westbury Starbucks Location to demand the reinstatement of Anthony Price, a union leader who was recently fired.
Price a union leader with Workers United, which has helped Starbucks locations in New York and New Jersey in recent years, has worked at Starbucks for almost two years. Price says he has never been so much as written up; but the moment he stood up for himself and his coworkers he was met with immediate termination.
Starbucks has not commented on the situation.
