More than two dozen constituents gathered on Tuesday outside of Congressman George Santos’ Douglaston office to call for his expulsion before Congress leaves for recess Friday.
Democrats in Congress recently introduced a motion to censure Santos. Those who attended the protest called upon local elected officials to take the initiative on the immediate expulsion of Santos, saying that until Santos is gone and there’s a special election, they lack representation in Congress.
