Nassau Community College and Las Vegas Sands are working on a partnership regarding possible Uniondale casino
The college would have a training center for workers at the casino and entertainment resort.
In exchange, Las Vegas Sands would provide internships and possible job opportunities for students.
It is still unknown if Las Vegas Sands will be awarded one of three available downstate casino licenses.
