The Coast Guard rescues a fisherman who was suffering a seizure 100 miles off of Moriches on Tuesday morning.
The Coast Guard was notified that a crew member on a charter vessel was experiencing a seizure and needed help.
A crew from the Cape Cod station launched a helicopter and air lifted the fisherman off the boat and took him to Stony Brook Hospital for treatment.
There is no word on that person’s condition.
