Massapequa Park, NY- Officials in Nassau County have planned a parade to celebrate and honor the Massapequa Coast Little League teams and the Massapequa International Little League. Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County and the Village of Massapequa Park are celebrating the teams with a parade along Park Blvd in Massapequa Park on Wednesday, August 31st.
The parade will start at 5pm on Park Blvd at Lakeshore Drive and end with a ceremony at Front Street.
“We are so proud of our hometown champions and invite the entire community to come out and cheer them on as we celebrate with a parade in downtown Massapequa Park,” said Supervisor Saladino. “These amazing young athletes are an inspiration to us all and we are thrilled to celebrate and acknowledge their sportsmanship, perseverance and dedication.”
