Huntington Station, NY- Tragic news for a Long Island family over the weekend after a 4-year-old was struck and killed by an unlicensed driver. Suffolk County Police say Briceida Moreira De Moreira, was driving a 2006 Lexus Rx330 to 8 3rd Avenue in Huntington Station, when she struck Rasool Guevara in the driveway at approximately 11:37am. Police say the driver and other family members transported the little boy to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say Moreira De Moreira, 34 of Huntington Station was driving with a permit at the time of the crash and was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
