Ronkonkoma, NY- Police in Suffolk County are investigating a possible hate crime after a fire damaged a religious symbol in front of a Ronkonkoma mosque. Police say the fire happened just after midnight on the 4th of July at 55 Lake Shore Road. Officials say no one was injured and the investigation is ongoing.
