Hampton Bays, NY- A Hampton Bay’s man was arrested over the weekend on charges including Disorderly Conduct, Strangulation and Resisting Arrest. Southampton Town Police say they received a 911 call about a fight in the parking lot of the Hampton Bays Movie Theater on April 9 at approximately 8:36pm. According to a press release, John Martinolich, 36, was involved in a physical fight with another person in the movie theater parking lot when he allegedly placed the subject in a head lock causing the person to lose consciousness. Officials say Martinolich, fled from police after being told he was under arrest. Martinolich, was eventually arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.
