Oceanside, NY- Police in Nassau County say a woman was hurt on the job Tuesday in Oceanside. Officials say they got a 911 call about a female worker who’s arm was impaled and lodged inside a machine at My Dad’s Cookies on New Street. Police say EMS and first responders were able to dismantle the machine and dislodge the 48-year-old’s arm. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
