Huntington lights Town Hall blue for Autism Awareness

Huntington, NY- The Town of Huntington is going blue for Autism Awareness. Town Supervisor Ed Smyth has ordered the lights on the lamp posts outside Huntington Town Hall to be blue for the month of April for Autism Awareness.

Promoting awareness, understanding and inclusion will help us achieve a world where all people with autism can reach their full potential,” said Supervisor Ed Smyth. 

“Light It Up Blue” is the campaign launched by Autism Speaks in 2010, kicked off annually on World Autism Awareness Day on April 2.
