Last night was The Oscars aka the show everyone is talking about today and not necessarily for the winners. While everyone is talking about the violence let’s talk about the love and give some love to the winners!

You know I was singing when Disney’s Encanto took home best picture. Lin Manuel Miranda did not get his EGOT though for the music in the movie but we are excited for Billie Eilish and her brother Phinneas. Billie is now the youngest person to win the “Triple Crown” of film music… Oscars, Grammys and Golden Globes. The siblings are also the first American songwriters to win Best Original Song for a James Bond Movie.

The big award of the night, Best Picture, went to CODA which made histroy and brought us to tears.

Congrats to all nominated and the winners… and YOU if you made it through the show.
