One of my favorite shows is “The Love Boat.” It’s not getting a reboot but it is being turned into a dating show called “The Real Love Boat.” Singles will look for love on a cruise ship and go on destination dates and challenges that will test their compatibility and chemistry. At the end one couple will win some cash and a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

CBS is not just naming the show after the 1977 hit but bringing on roles inspired from the show like the Captain and Cruise Director. The show begins production this summer and will air later this year.
