Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman has announced a gun collection for Ukrainian citizens fighting against Russia forces.

The announcement comes as Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has repeatedly said his citizens are in dire need of weapons to protect themselves from Russian forces invading their nation.

Residents will be able to donate unloaded legal weapons to SP Firearms Unlimited located at 804 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square.
