A New Year but we are still congratulation Taylor Swift… and rightfully so. Taylor was named the first- ever Record Store Day Global Ambassador. It’s a day which celebrated independent record Stores. This is the 15th annual Record Store Day (RSD) and this year it is on April 23rd.
“I’m very proud to be this year’s Ambassador for Record Store Day. The places where we go to browse and explore and discover music new and old have always been sacred to me. Record stores are so important because they help to perpetuate and foster music-loving as a passion.” – Taylor
To celebrate Taylor will drop something special on the day of the event to celebrate. In the past she has celebrate the day with new versions of albums and special collaborations but now that she is the Ambassador of the day we are expecting big things.
