WASHINGTON (AP) — New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is reported to be recovering at home after testing positive for COVID-19. Her office says that the Democratic representative “is experiencing symptoms.” A statement says Ocasio-Cortez got a booster shot last fall to bolster her initial vaccine, in harmony with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. And she encourages people to make sure they have their full array of shots.
