 (AP) — You’ve probably heard a lot about the new coronavirus variant. But if you want to read about it, you can get the latest on what U.S. officials know about it. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a new release on the omicron variant on its website — and some general hints on how to protect against it and its predecessor.
