Islip, NY- Officials in Suffolk County say a grenade was found in a passengers luggage at Islip MacArthur Airport. Suffolk County Police say the grenade was discovered by a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screener in a passengers luggage on November 5 at approximately 3:45 p.m. Officials say the airport terminal was evacuated until officers determined the grenade was hollow and not dangerous.
