Republicans predicted to take top spots in Nassau and Suffolk

East Farmingdale, NY- Republicans made a big showing at the polls across Long Island on Election Day. In Nassau County, Newsday, reports the top spots of County Executive and District Attorney were won by Republican Bruce Blakeman for County Executive and Republican Ann Donnelly for District Attorney. Nassau County Executive Laura Curran, has not conceded to Blakeman. In Suffolk, Republican Ray Tierney, is the projected winner for District Attorney topping incumbent Democrat Tim Sini.
