Frost Advisory & Freeze Watch in effect for Suffolk County through Thursday morning

East Farmingdale, NY- After weeks of what felt like an endless summer, residents in Suffolk County woke up on Wednesday morning with temperatures near freezing in some spots. The National Weather Service issued a Frost Advisory in effect for Suffolk County through Thursday at 8am and a Freeze Watch is in effect for Suffolk County from late tonight through Thursday morning. Forecasters warn that frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
