13 year old Nicholas Woodworth, of East Northport was killed over the weekend while riding a dirt bike.
Woodworth was riding eastbound on Pulaski Road around 11:30 p.m. Saturday when he was struck by a car going north. He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the driver of the car that struck Woodworth is not being charged.
They remind everyone that riding a dirt bike on the street is illegal.
