It’s only August but so far there are two standouts for what the song of the year will be. We kicked off the year with the smash hit from Olivia Rodrigo, “Drivers License,” which spent eight weeks at #1 on the charts but now there is a new leader. The BTS hit “Butter” has now been #1 for nine weeks! No other song has even come close to those two!
