Hempstead, NY- Nassau County Missing Persons Squad detectives are searching a missing child from Hempstead. Officials say Selene Persaud, age 12, was last seen on Monday, July 18, 2021 at 8:20 pm and was reported missing to police on July 19, 2021 at 12:30 am. Selene is described as a female Indian, 5’3” tall, 140 pounds, average build and black straight hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt with an Anime character design, blue jeans and white sneakers.
