During a traffic stop this Suffolk Cop bought a family a new car seat
Centereach, NY-  Police in Suffolk County say an officer purchased a new car seat for a family, after noticing that the child wasn’t properly fitted in his seat, during a traffic stop.  On their Facebook page, Suffolk County Police say Officer Pete Zotos, of the Sixth Precinct Community Support Unit, had pulled the child’s father over in Selden last week for an expired inspection sticker and that’s when he noticed the boy, age 2, had outgrown the seat he was riding in.  Officer Zotos, drove to Walmart in Centereach and purchased a new seat for the boy, which he installed in the families vehicle.
