Health Officials warn the Delta variant of COVID-19 is spreading in NYC

East Farmingdale, NY-  Health officials in New York City say the Delta variant of the coronavirus has now been found in almost 25% of all new COVID-19 cases.  The Delta variant of COVID-19  is said to be more contagious than other strains.  NYC Health Officials are urging New Yorker’s to get vaccinated.  Meantime, in Los Angeles Health Officials are now recommending that people wear masks indoors in public places, regardless of vaccination status because of the spread of the Delta variant.
