Riverhead, NY- A Riverhead man was arrested on charges including Driving While Intoxicated after police say he crashed his Maserati into a popular East End Restaurant. According to police on Friday night, Mark Szynaka, 61, smashed through the windows at Dark Horse Restaurant, located at 1 East Main Street, at approximately 11:18pm. The restaurant shared on their Facebook page that no one at the restaurant was injured during the crash. Szynka, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the collision. Dark Horse Restaurant reopened on Saturday afternoon for lunch.
