Centereach, NY- Officials in Suffolk County say the estimated repairs to a damaged soccer field in Centereach, are totaling over $38,000. Police say over the past six months a person or group of people damaged a soccer field at Our Savior New American School on Hawkins Road. The first incident occurred during the overnight hours between December 16 and December, 2020. Authorities say they were called back to the school on May 3rd and 9th for additional damage to light fixtures, signs and the sprinkler system. Suffolk County Police Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-240-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
