Garden City, NY- Nassau County Police say three people died Thursday morning in a Garden City house fire. Officials say they got a call about the fire on Washington Avenue around 5:30am and when they arrived, the house was already fully engulfed in flames. Eight Fire Departments responded to the scene alongside the Garden City Fire Department. Officials say three residents inside the house, identified as a 62-year-old man, a 60-year-old woman and an 18-year-old female died in the fire. The investigation is ongoing.
