Hauppauge, NY- Police say a man was seriously injured early Tuesday morning in a motor vehicle accident in Hauppauge. Authorities say a man was traveling westbound on Veterans Memorial Highway, making a left turn onto Raoul Wallenberg Drive, when it was struck by a sedan traveling eastbound. Police say the accident happened around 1 o’clock in the morning. An adult man in the sedan was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The pick up driver was not injured.
