East Quogue- Southampton Town Police report the arrest of an East Patchogue man on charges including Rape and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Officials say 24-year-old Diego Fernando Dimas, allegedly had intercourse with a minor at a residence in East Quogue in March 2021. Dimas was arrested on April 7, charged with one count of Rape in the Second Degre, Criminal Sexual Act in the Second Degree, Promoting a Sexual Performance by a child, Possessing Sexual Performance Material of a child and Endangering the Welfare of A Child.
