(Medford, NY)- Over the weekend, a fire broke out at a Long Island horse farm. Suffolk County Police say on Friday night around 10:30pm, Sixth Precinct officers and members of the Yaphank Fire Department, responded to a 911 call about a fire at the Suffolk Equestrian Academy at 188 Bellport Avenue. No people or animals were injured in the fire. Officials say Arson Detectives are investigating the cause of the fire.
