(East Farmingdale, NY) The Long Island Expressway was closed down overnight after a fatal crash involving a truck. Nassau County Police say on Monday night, a 76-year-old man was driving the cab part of a tractor trailer when he suffered a medical incident and went off the roadway. The crash happened on the westbound LIE between Shelter Rock Road and New Hyde Park Road. The victims name is being withheld at the time.
