Biden announces boost in vaccine supply

(East Farmingdale, NY)-  President Joe Biden, announced Thursday that the United States should have enough COVID-19 vaccines by the end of July to vaccinate 300 million Americans.  Biden also shared that the federal government has purchased an additional 200 million vaccine doses.  You can read Biden’s full statement, here.

The federal government also announced earlier this week they will be helping New York State to open two mass vaccination centers, one in Brooklyn, the other in Queens.  The sites in Brooklyn and Queens are scheduled to open the week of February 24th.
