(Brightwaters, NY)- An elderly man, woman and dog were rescued from waist high flood waters on Tuesday afternoon in Brightwaters. Police say the man was driving a Mercedes on Concourse East near Marine Court when the vehicle became submerged. Officials pulled the couple and the dog from the vehicle and transported them to their home. No one was injured.
