(East Farmingdale, NY)- The snow continues to fall across parts of Long Island and the winds continue to whip and gust and that’s not a good mix for the power lines and trees.  This wet heavy snow that arrived overnight and into this morning, has been snapping some trees limbs and take down power lines.  As of 11:12am, PSEGLI is reporting over just under 4,000 customers without power.  At 5:15am, PSEGLI tweeted they had already restored power to over 9000 customers.  If you are already registered, and you are experiencing an outage, you can text the word OUT to PSEGLI or call 1-800-490-0075.
