(East Farmingdale, NY)-  Our first winter storm of the season is continuing to packing a punch on Long Island with difficult travel conditions and reduced visibility.  At a press conference this morning, Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone, urged non-essential employees to stay off the roads and said that all the roads in Suffolk were still difficult to travel adding that “none were down to the asphalt”.  Bellone also said that it could take the rest of the day to get the roads cleared out.  He encouraged families to stay home and play in the snow and build a snowman.
