Suffolk Department of Health warns you may have been exposed to COVID if you ate at this restaurant

(Riverhead, NY)-  The Suffolk County Department of Health Services has issued an advisory for potential exposure to COVID-19 at a Riverhead restaurant.  Officials say that anyone who visited the Friendly’s Restaurant, located at 949 Old Country Road, Riverhead, NY 11901, on November 5 or 6 that they may have been exposed to COVID-19.  Health officials more than one person connected with the restaurant has tested positive.  Anyone who was potentially exposed should monitor themselves for symptoms for 14 days after visiting the restaurant. Suffolk County health officials also encourage potentially exposed persons to get tested for COVID-19.
