(East Farmingdale, NY)- With unemployment rates high across the United States, the New York State Department of Labor has launched a new free tool, to help New Yorkers learn new skills to hopefully advance their careers. The NYS Department of Labor has partnered with Coursera to create a place where unemployed or employed New Yorkers can learn for free.
