(Commack, NY)- Suffolk County Police are investigating the death of a man that occurred in Deer Park on Monday, November 16. First Precinct officers responded to the rear lot of Ruby Tuesday, located at 403 Commack Road, after a 911 call reported an injured person at that location at 8:02 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene they found an adult male lying dead on ground. The man appeared to have sustained a head injury. The investigation is continuing.
