(Bellport, NY)- A teenager was shot Monday night in Bellport. Suffolk County Police say a 17-year-old male self-transported to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue at approximately 7:05 p.m. on November 9, 2020, with a gunshot wound. The teen was stabilized and transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Police believe the shooting took place in Bellport. The investigation is ongoing.
