(Bay Shore, NY)- A man was shot while waiting at a bus stop in Bay Shore on Monday afternoon. Suffolk County Police say that a man was shot at a bus stop near the intersection of Park Avenue and Mechanicsville Road by a man in a vehicle at approximately 12:45 p.m. on November 9. The vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival. The victim was transported via ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
