(Coram, NY)- Suffolk County Police are investigating the robbery of a convenience store on Middle Country Road in Coram at approximately 7:25 p.m. on November 7. A man displayed what appeared to be a gun and demanded cash from an employee of the store. The employee complied and the man fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a short, black male with a heavy build. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
