(Cold Spring Harbor, NY)- With Halloween just a few weeks away, one Suffolk County lawmaker has announced a safe and fun way to enjoy the holiday. Legislator William Spencer of the 18th district which stretches from Northport over to Cold Spring Harbor, has announced a Lawn and House Halloween Decorating Contest.

Judging will take place between October 24th and October 27th and the map of locations to visit will be released in time for Halloween.
