Dr. Deborah Brix, was at Stony Brook University on Wednesday, to speak with students, staff and faculty about the Coronavirus. According to Newsday, Dr. Brix told the audience that the coronavirus is a “catastrophic infection” and added that for some people it can be “worse than the flu”. Brix, also encouraged those in attendance to get a flu shot.
