Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad and Arson Section detectives are investigating a house fire that killed a Holtsville man on Monday, September 21, 2020. Police say they responded to 9 Pine Street, just before 5am after a 9-1-1 caller reported a fire at the location. The home’s lone resident, Connor Frawley, 32, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead. A preliminary investigation has determined the cause of the fire to be non-criminal in nature.
