The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $2,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for throwing a live kitten from a moving vehicle on the Northern State Parkway.  SPCA officials say last week, someone called them and reported that they saw someone throw a throw a black and white kitten out of a moving vehicle on the Northern State Parkway.  The caller stated that the vehicle was white and that traffic was moving eastbound between exits 41 and 40, at approximately 70 miles per hour on Thursday, September 17, 2020 around 7:56 am.  The kitten rolled over to the side of the road and landed in the grass.  Anyone with information on this incident, should contact the Suffolk County SPCA at 631-382-7722
