Suffolk Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on Sunday night after he allegedly ran over his brother in a Hauppauge parking lot. Police say the brothers Thomas Delaney and Michael Dubhlaine were engaged in an argument in the parking lot of the Hyatt Regency on Motor Parkway in Hauppauge around 9pm when Delaney got into his 2015 Ford F-250 pick-up truck and ran over Dubhlaine. Police say Delaney was impaired by drugs and alcohol at the time of the assault. 36 year old Michael Dubhlaine of Port Jefferson was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. 38 year old Thomas Delaney, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was arrested on charges including assault and DWI.
