LIRR restores service after Isaias

The Long Island Rail Road on Thursday morning, restored service for Long Island commuters after damage caused by Tropical Storm Isaias.  The railroad said it worked around the clock clearing storm debris from the tracks.  Rush hour on Thursday morning saw a few late trains but no widespread delays or system outages.
