New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Thursday, July 16, 2020 announced new rules for all bars and restaurants statewide.  Starting Friday, July 17,2020 all restaurants and bars, can only serve alcohol to seated patrons.  Officials say service must be provided at the table, not at the bar, to patrons who are socially distanced by six feet or separated by physical barriers. Patrons must also order food if they are ordering alcohol.  The Governor said the new rules will help ensure that the infection rate stays low.
